01 / The challenge
The dated staircase and worn brown carpet made the hallway feel dark and closed-in the moment you stepped through the front door.
02 / What we did
- 1Stripped out the old bannister, spindles and tired carpet
- 2Installed a sleek frameless glass balustrade with a black handrail
- 3Fitted a grey stair runner over crisp white risers
- 4Redecorated the stairwell and landing from top to bottom
03 / The result
A bright, open staircase that completely lifts the entrance. The kind of feature that wins buyers over on the very first viewing.
